Our aim at Spanish Culinary Tour is to provide an insight into this area's cuisine and culture to further your knowledge and expertise on Spanish cooking in a fun, relaxed and knowledgeable holiday. Simon, our chef has spent years networking with interesting and useful contacts in this local industry and so your tour with us includes excursions to some of the best producers of Wine and Food in the area.

Vineyard Excursion

Excursions include the famous bodega, Barranco Oscuro, which has won numerous awards for it's wine, producing Andalucia's very first cava and a selection of some of the finest wines to be produced in Spain, which you will sample and learn about. The proprietor of this bodega visits wine shows in London, Belgium and many other European wine exhibitions, giving presentations and tastings to share his knowledge with others.

Olive Mill Tour

Another of our day visits is to a working olive mill. Here you will experience a tasting of different olives and oils to extend your knowledge and palette on the high end produce from this region. We also offer visits to local markets giving you an insight into what meat, fish and vegetables the locals and restaurateurs are using in their kitchens. We will then go back to your villa and prepare local dishes with the ingredients we have sourced.

You will have time to cook and prepare many different tapas and meals with locally sourced fish and meat which you can enjoy with the rest of your group in stunning accommodation and surroundings. During your visit to the area you can experience the life of the locals with our extensive insight and you will learn some of the language and local ways of life here in beautiful Andalucía.
